Welcome back to Juniper Drive, previously known as the Jungle House. Here in Birmingham, Alabama. As you can see, that is no longer the case, as the yard has been cleaned and it’s well on its way back to becoming a beautiful front yard.
As we walk up the drive, you see the two car garage, detached on the side. We will go in through the basement, as this is the way we went in, in the previous video.
We enter into what I call the small man cave. We added new lights, new paint. Really lightened the space up. Off of this area, we have a hallway, leads into a full bath, as a standup shower/tub combination. And the hallway connects to our laundry area. Nice clean, well lit laundry space. Our back bedroom with a tile floor. Well lit area. Bedroom number two, on the bottom level, is carpeted with a very large closet on the side.
So, we make our way back up to the upper level. This is a split-level home. We have refinished the hardwoods on the stairs. They turned out very nice, as you’ll see in the upstairs area. This brings you to the front door. You make the turn as the large living area, that direction and then up the rest to this level. You could go straight into the kitchen, but we’ll turn and look at the large living area. Again, the hardwoods turned out very nice in this property.
And you make a left into the dining area. Has a sliding door into the backyard. We’ll just take a quick look out. Got a very large backyard. Some apple trees. A couple other fruit trees back there. Little covered setting area here and you can see the two car garage.
Then we come into the kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, new countertops, new backsplash. Very nice area for a family. Back out of the kitchen, the small hallway, and you have the bathroom that is on this level. If you remember from the previous video, this was pink. Completely refinished shower. Turned out very nice.
Come out and make a right into bedroom. Again, the hardwood floors continue into here and you have a large closet there. Just across the hallway is the second bedroom, on this level, of good size and the closet.
